Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our equipment and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Please read the policy below carefully before making a return request.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products—including machinery and large equipment—we do not accept returns for change of mind, especially once the item has been used. For example, if you've purchased a loader or other major item, used it, and later decide it’s not the right fit, we cannot accept a return.

For smaller items such as unused attachments, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • The return is requested within 30 days of receipt

  • You cover the return freight, and a restocking fee may apply

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is faulty or not working as intended

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that means sending a technician, issuing a replacement part, or offering a reimbursement for approved repairs (with prior arrangement).

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us on the contact page.
